Landscape painting;
This class is an approximately 2 hour class, but may run over if an artist is in their creative flow state. Students for this class are recommended to have had some basic experience with art/painting and be able to sit/focus for a period of time in a studio setting to allow the experience of a deeper work. We will be creating a landscape painting using acrylic paint on canvas. Students will begin to learn the valuable fundamentals of art: color, composition, value, form, perspective and lighting while being immersed in a hands on learning experience. Class size will be limited to 4-6 students to allow for individualized attention. Students may be dropped off for this class. Parents who prefer to stay are welcomed to do so while keeping in mind studio etiquette and a calm quiet learning environment for the artists.
